  6. Your invoice will be sent via Peppol and by email (PDF).
  7. Customers outside Belgium are automatically VAT exempt after a valid VAT check, via intra-Community acquisition.

After verification, click “Checkout” to complete your order.

How do I choose my pick-up point?

Did you choose delivery to a pick-up point?
You can select your location directly on the thank-you page after checkout.

Forgot to do it? No problem, you’ll receive an automatic reminder email 30 minutes after placing your order.

How do I place an order as a Retailer / Wholesaler?

As a retailer (reseller) you can order in the following ways:

- E-mail
- Telephone
- Online store

How do I place my retail order via the webshop?

Retail pricing is only available after activation.

  1. Email us to activate your reseller account.
  2. We activate your account and send you your retail discount code.
  3. Add your products to the cart.
  4. Enter your VAT details via “Click here for VAT invoice (opt.)” and click “Check VAT no.”
  5. Go to Checkout and enter your retail discount code at payment.
  6. Complete your order.
What are the available payment terms for retailers?

Retailers can either:

- Order directly via the shop with their retail discount code and pay online via the available payment methods.

- Pay by bank transfer in consultation with a maximum of 2 weeks of credit.
(1st order via prepayment)

Are there marketing supports or promotions available?

As a retailer you will receive our special retailer flyer, specifically designed to let your customers know that our products are available at your location.

It also states that your customers can request a "free sample".
We will also provide these free of charge.

Are there special shipping options for Retail orders?

Orders are usually shipped via third-party shipping companies, but collection or private transportation with a transportation fee is also possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping via DPD:
Orders within the Benelux are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Express delivery via Bpost (Belgium only):
For urgent orders from €30, you can choose Express - Bpost (small extra fee applies).
These are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Other European countries:
Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the country.

In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our dried fruit slices are all cut, dried and packaged in Belgium under our own brand.

Our freeze-dried products are also made in Belgium and packaged by us.

Our botanicals come from the places where they grow best in the world and are then packaged by us in Belgium.
