Shipping policy

Delivery time:

  • Standard shipping via DPD:
    Orders within the Benelux are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Express delivery via Bpost (Belgium only):
    For urgent orders from €30, you can choose Express - Bpost (small surcharge applies).
    These are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Other European countries:
    Delivery within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the country.

In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Selecting a Pickup Point

(only if you chose delivery to a pickup point)

Did you choose delivery to a pickup point?
Then you can select it right away on the thank you page after checkout.

Forgot to choose one?
No worries, you’ll automatically receive two reminder emails so you can still easily select it.

You can also choose your pickup point via your account:

There you’ll find a handy overview of all your orders.
Click on your most recent order and select your pickup point.

Please note:

  • You won’t receive a separate confirmation after selecting it, but your choice is automatically registered as soon as you click it.

  • Not seeing any pickup points? This may be because you entered your house number under “additional info” instead of directly after your street name. We’re working on a fix, but in the meantime, just send us an email if this happens.

  • If you don’t choose a pickup point within 2 days, the carrier will automatically select one for you.

Shipping costs:

In Belgium orders from €30 are shipped for free.
For smaller orders €6,99 shipping costs will be charged.

In Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany & France Orders above €40 are shipped for free.
For smaller orders, €11,99 shipping costs will be charged.

To the other countries in the list Orders above €70 will be shipped for free.
For smaller orders there will be a €22,99 shipping charge.
